2. Minecraft & Mojang Disclaimer

Important Note: Ghast Client is an independent third-party client and launcher application. It is NOT an official Minecraft product and is neither approved by nor associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.

To use Ghast Client, you must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft Java Edition purchased through Microsoft or Mojang. You are required to follow Mojang's End User License Agreement (EULA) and Commercial Usage Guidelines at all times while playing.

3. License & Usage

Ghast Client grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the client for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes:

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the client binaries without explicit authorization.
You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or commercially exploit Ghast Client.
You may not use Ghast Client to create or distribute cheats, unfair advantages, automated bots, or disruptive network tools on third-party servers.

4. Multiplayer Fair Play

Ghast Client provides cosmetic enhancements, performance optimizations, and quality-of-life HUD indicators. However, server rules vary across multiplayer networks (e.g., Hypixel, Minemen Club). You are solely responsible for ensuring your client configuration complies with the rules of any server you join.

The developers of Ghast Client bear no responsibility for any in-game punishments, suspensions, or bans issued by third-party Minecraft servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ghast Client is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The developers do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with every hardware and driver configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghast Client and its contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software or website.
